Ladan Rashidi

Ladan Rashidi

Managing Editor

Ladan Rashidi is a British mother of two, who moved to California in 2008 to live with her husband. Born and raised in London, she has the typically British sarcastic sense of humor and is always laughing at herself. And her husband. She previously worked as a school teacher until she gave birth to her daughter. Now she has the most demanding boss in the world, but also the cutest. She enjoys all things baby, but has a particular fondness for baby wearing.

Gretchen Bossio

Gretchen Bossio

Senior Editor

Gretchen hails from the beautiful Pacific Northwest along with her husband and two young children. Before transitioning to life as a stay at home mom, Gretchen worked in sales and marketing while earning her Masters in Management and Organizational Leadership. Gretchen writes frequently about natural parenting, becoming more environmentally conscience, her affinity for thrifted treasures, and hopes of making it out of yoga pants each day on her blog That Mama Gretchen (www.thatmamagretchen.com).

Candice Williams

Candice Williams

Senior Editor

Candice is the stay at home mom to one adorable little boy who keeps her very busy. She thinks she has the best job in the world and gives all the credit to any mothering success she has to her own mother who “is the definition of what a mother should be”. She is passionate about fashion, fitness, animals, and diaper bags. She loves being in the kitchen, Disneyland, and any day her husband has off from work.

Laura El Alam

Senior Editor

When asked her job title, “Zookeeper” is what immediately comes to mind to Laura El Alam, homeschooling mother of four. The daily drama of raising two toddlers and two teens keeps Laura perpetually on her toes . . . and frequently on her last nerve. In her nonexistent free time, she is a writer for SISTERS magazine and a professional nap-taker.

Marie Osborne

Marie Osborne

Writer

Marie Osborne is a wife, mama, and blogger who loves Jesus and large non-fat lattes. When she isn’t laughing (loudly) with her 30-something husband, chatting (loudly) with her girlfriends, singing (loudly) with her 3-year-old son, or feeding (quietly… for the time being) her 8-month-old twins, she’s probably pumping and binge watching Netflix. You can find her on her blog (www.marieosborne.com) encouraging, challenging, and laughing from under a pile of diapers.

Kate Sigafoos

Kate Sigafoos

Writer

Kate lives in Seattle with her husband, two children, and two dogs. In a past life she was a prosecuting attorney, but now her idea of a hard cross examination is trying to figure out how exactly all the doll heads ended up in the air vent. She enjoys baking, eating baked goods, smelling sleeping babies, and shoes. She really, really likes shoes. Check out her crafting blog, NEARLY CRAFTY, for all sorts of projects and failures.

Beth Cooper

Beth Cooper

Writer

Beth is a small-town girl from south-central Illinois. She has been happily married since 1999, has three little Mini Coopers, ages 9, 5, and 2, that keep her very busy and make her laugh. Her favorite cartoon is Little Bear and she has random people tell her that they love her thanks to the movie, “I Love You, Beth Cooper.” She is a homeschooling mama and a proud cancer survivor.

Mandy Otis

Mandy Otis

Contributor

Mandy is a famous astronaut turned writer. Just kidding, but she has been writing embarrassing poems about boys and zits since she was 12 years old, then accidentally wrote something on her blog Words by the Glass that made its way around the interwebs. She currently has no idea what is going on.
