Timi & Leslie Charlie Diaper Bag

Are you a mom with two or more children?

Do you cloth diaper?

Is your preference to carry a bag that doubles as diaper bag and hip mama purse?

Does versatility make you say “hooray!”?

If you answered “yes” to one or more of those questions, then this review is for you! Let me introduce you to Charlie, the mama-must-have tote from Timi & Leslie …

I, for one, answered “yes” to all of the above! Because, you see, I’ve got quite the checklist when considering a potential diaper bag. I guess you could say after two kids I’ve become a bit of a diaper bag connoisseur. I want a bag that zips on top so nothing can spill out and no children can reach in. I need something big enough to hold my things, my preschooler’s and my toddler’s – we’re talking snacks, diapers, changes of clothes … you name it, I’ve probably got it :) My bag needs to have both a shoulder and cross body strap – stroller straps are a huge bonus. And interior pockets are a must or else everything disappears into a deep abyss. Not just any bag fits the bill, but the Charlie … it does. And I love it.

With style and versatility I’m happy to tote my Charlie around town. The Charlie is made of PVC free, faux leather and is available in six colors – four basics and two fresh, bright colors … teal and mustard. It comes with a bounty of accessories that make being a baby/toddler/preschooler mama even easier. Accessories include a changing mat with pocket, zippered bag for any laundry you collect throughout the day, stroller straps, cross body strap, mini mama clutch, insulated bottle tote and an inside key fob.

Leslie Newton, the founder and designer of Timi & Leslie diaper bags, says her bags are for “the woman in every mom.” And I wholeheartedly agree! It’s wonderful to find a bag that matches my inner style while still fulfilling the needs of my motherhood calling.

If you’re worried about the investment, rest assured that the price/carry is actually quite minimal at just 44 cents/day – and that’s just considering the first year! I know I’ll be carrying my Timi & Leslie for much longer than 365 days.  Over the course of my days as a mom, I’ve found that daily use products MUST be quality to endure the ebb and flow of my life. The Charlie tote wipes down easily, has a sturdy structure and the straps have already carried a hefty weight without showing wear. Charlie is a winner in my book! And when/if I’m ready for a style change in the future I’ll be consulting Timi & Leslie’s other darlings Rachel and Abby. Aren’t Timi & Leslie’s bags just the essence of mama style?
