ABC Kids Expo Update

Yep, we are still talking about what is coming out in 2014. The ABC Kids Expo was absolutely gigantic, so I am going to keep covering things that I saw for at least a few weeks. Today we are talking about Peg Perego and what is new for next year. We already introduced you to the new and improved Peg Perego Primo Viaggio 4-35.

Now, let’s get to some of our other favorites from the 2014 collection. There will be two new strollers next year for the company and we have them both up close and personal in a video.

The Book Popup stroller is a new spin on their popular Peg Perego Book stroller from last year.

Hi!! I just found out about your website after watching your video reviews on youtube. I just wanted to ask you a question about the Peg Perego. I found an older model (before the steering wheel handle was added to the design) at a consignment shop for $200. I know it’s an amazing deal, but I’m unsure if the fact that you have to un-attach the seats to fold & store the stroller is worth the hassle?? Any input would be appreciated because I want to snatch it up before it’s gone if it is!! Thanks!!

  2. I assume you are talking about the Peg Perego Duette, right? Honestly, it is a HUGE stroller and there are better options out there. THe fact that it is like pushing a bus AND you have to remove the seats to fold and store – you can find better. Hope this helps.

Thanks Hollie!! That is very helpful!! I was on the fence about buying it, but after reading some reviews & what you say about it, I decided to continue looking. Do you have an suggestions for an affordable double stroller for an infant & toddler?? Thanks!!

  4. Hi hollie,
I was wondering which one is better the peg prego 30/30 or the new 4/35? I am worried that with the new design the babys head with be to high and straight . Is it a big of a difference then the 30/30? I am a petite new mom ( due July 7 with first baby) with not that much strength but will get the heavier 30/30 if better

Hi. We saw the new pop up at a store in NYC. First time I saw it I loved it. But when I went back with my husband I questioned the quality and durability of the fabric. And the store only had samples not even for sale yet so they have no feedback. I love the look but want a great sturdy stroller. What did you think or know about this stroller? We are also considering the uppababy vista or a bugaboo. Thank you.

  6. Hi, I have been looking for a stroller for months now and have considered (many of them but seriously considered) UB vista, buggaboo, city versa, and cruz. I want a reversible seat stroller thats easy to stroll with in long walks and not too heavy. One hand fold, adjustable handles (as well as a large canopy) are highly preferable. I came across peg perego book plus and thought it looked great (one hand fold, larger wheels than cruz but lighter than vista plus the seat turns into an infant carrier) but not a lot of reviews on it and doesn’t seem too popular in the US. Would love to know what you think..
