I admit it – I make the same mistake over and over. It’s like I never learn. There is one thing lately that I’ve been burned on over and over and it’s so frustrating. Totally my own fault but frustrating nonetheless. So, I wanted to do a Mom Tip Video on it so that maybe you won’t make the same mistake.

Oh you are NOT alone. Same problem (skinny little waist, longish legs) with our daughter and damn if I don’t forget too! Shouldn’t ALL kids’ pants have adjustable waists?!
Yep, I’ve done it too!
LOVE the adjustable waist, or at LEAST the ones that have some built-in elastic at the back.
My kids have a few cute belts that work when the pants do not have adjustable waist elastic.
Thanks for the tip. I will have to look for these. I have even purchased “drawstring” pants, but the drawstring turned out to be decorative only! Mom just visited and helped me take in baby boy’s pants. It was easier than I thought it would be – just took a few minutes each by pulling in the extra fabric towards the inside of the waist on both sides, then hand-sewing a few stitches.
