The brand-new Fisher-Price Servin’ Surprises Kitchen & Table is going to be one of this year’s hot holiday toys! Yes, we are talking about Christmas in July, but trust us when we say it will be on many holiday lists! We gave you a sneak peek in February of this new toy table from Toy Fair but that was a prototype and this one is the real deal.
This new table does double duty for kids ages 2 and up. With this kitchen AND table all in one, kids can use their imagination and their culinary skills to make, serve, share, pretend, sing and play.
It comes with a “magic” serving tray that recognizes the food placed on it with songs and phrases such as “Who wants pizza?” and “Mmmm, cookies!”. We are big fans of the clean up song that the serving tray sings to encourage our kids to do the right thing when playtime is over. Speaking of cleanup, this table takes it to a whole new level and speed. All the place settings and food pieces can be stored right inside the center hole in the table (under the lid or serving tray!). Our kids actually make it a game to see who can clean up the table the fastest. Whatever gets ‘em to cleanup, right?!?
The table also has two height adjustments and can convert to a flat art table if you flip over the convertible stove top and remove the oven. Also included with the table are 4 slices of pizza with toppings and pizza cutter, 4 cookies with cookie sheet, and 2 place settings. The table retails for $80 and makes a great gift for a toddler or preschooler!
