We have been terribly disappointed with our Mountain Buggy – both the quality of the product and the responsiveness (or lack thereof) of their customer support. After only seven months of LIGHT use, two of the wheels on our Swift model went bust. And we are talking total collapse with plastic rims breaking before wheels punctured and eventually came off the frame. Obviously there must be some error of fabrication however we are still waiting to hear back from MB regarding our warranty claim. In fact, we’re waiting for their customer support to even acknowledge receipt of the claim, or any of our follow-up emails. Based on our experience I strongly suggest parents look to other brands for a high-quality stroller.

I swear by the Mountain Buggy range.

As a kiwi mum, I own the breeze model as it is so light weight & perfect for all occasions, be it a walk on the beach, a stroll in the supermarket, a run along the esplanade, a wander in the park etc. I have also tried & tested the terrain, urban elite & swift models also. My preference is the older model breeze & hope they will be in production again so I can upgrade to a newer version.

Many kiwi mums & dads own a mountain buggy or buggies because of their versatility, weight, durability, look, price etc.

Maybe it's a kiwi thing!

Nice work mountain buggy xx
