Last month, Los Angeles-based Silikids debuted the first glass sippy cup for toddlers – the Silicup! The Siliskin Bottle has a silicone Siliskin that slides over the glass bottle, providing a spongy grip for tiny hands and adds extra protection if the bottle is accidentally dropped. Siliskin Bottles are offered in an array of translucent colors that allow parents to clearly view the amount of liquid inside the bottle. The bottles are microwave, freezer and dishwasher safe and can be boiled for sterilization. The Siliskin Bottles will be available in Aqua and Pink in November 2009 and retail for $12.95.
