Silikids Introduces Silicup & Siliskin Bottle

We introduced you to the new Siliskin Glass a couple months ago.  Now, Silikids is inroducing a Silicup and a Siliskin Bottle.

Last month, Los Angeles-based Silikids debuted the first glass sippy cup for toddlers – the Silicup!  The Silicup is great for toddlers that are moving or have moved beyond the baby bottle and is an ideal solution for parents who do not want to use plastic cups. Glass sippy cup sound like a breaking hazard to you?  Not to worry because the Silicup features a heavy silicone sleeve which covers a 10 oz. glass cup with a silicone drinking spout.  Yep, your kid drops the Silicup and it will bounce!  Plus, the silicone sleeve is easy to grip for little hands.  This BPA-free cup assures parents that their children are drinking from a clean, non-toxic cup.   The Silicup’s leak-proof cap makes it great for traveling or even for lunch boxes.

The Siliskin Bottle has a silicone Siliskin that slides over the glass bottle, providing a spongy grip for tiny hands and adds extra protection if the bottle is accidentally dropped.  Siliskin Bottles are offered in an array of translucent colors that allow parents to clearly view the amount of liquid inside the bottle.  The bottles are microwave, freezer and dishwasher safe and can be boiled for sterilization.  The Siliskin Bottles will be available in Aqua and Pink in November 2009 and retail for $12.95.
