Upcoming New Products in the Land of Graco 2009/2010

ABC Kids Expo News

Graco is debuting quite a few new products at the end of 2009 and beginning of 2010.  I had the pleasure of seeing the products at the ABC Kids Expo last week and here are the brief highlights:

Classic Wood Highchair Distinctive

This beautiful high chair that can be customized with different colors and cushions will be the first wood high chair to recline.  The Classic Wood Highchair Distinctive will be available in the first few months of 2010.

Alano Flipit Travel System

This lighter-weight stroller will feature a flippable handlebar that allows the parent to push the stroller with the child facing them or out at the world.  No need to flip the seat – just the handlebar!  The travel system will retail for around $199-$219 and the Flipit stroller alone will be around $129.  The Alano Flipit will be available in January 2010.

Lovin’ Hug Plug-in Swing

This is their popular Lovin’ Hug Swing but with the option to plug it in to an outlet so you don’t have to mess with batteries.  The Lovin’ Hug Plug-In Swing will be available November 2009.

Bedroom Bassinet

Graco is introducing a bedroom bassinet with wood accents in January 2010.

MyRide 65

MyRide 65 is a convertible car seat that allows you to keep your child rear-facing until 40 lbs.  Then, it secures your forward facing child in a 5-point harness until 65 lbs.  MyRide 65 is available now.

SnugRide 35

The Snugride 35 is similar to the Snugride 32 but tested to an even higher weight limit – 35lbs.   I believe the Snugride 35 will be out in January 2010.

Toddler Booster (This name may change)

Graco is going to start selling the toddler booster only (that is normally part of the Graco Blossom High Chair) in December 2009.  The Toddler Booster  will be available in December 2009.
