I also reviewed the Tike Tech City x3 Twin recently and that review will go up shortly. The CX3 is a really great all-terrain stroller both in single and twin. In answer to your question: they call the current strap system a "one touch, one clip recline". I highlighted that in the review because in my mind it is "one touch" only for the actual recline part. When putting the seat back upright - it will take two hands.

Hi Holly!
Great review of the city X4! I have been looking at this new line of strollers, and they look really comfortable but rugged also. I am particularly looking at the city x3 3-wheeler for all-terrain use. I also love that you can take the seat off to attach the bassinet (a pain, but it makes it a lot less bulky). On tike tech's website it says that this and the other city strollers have a "one touch, one clip recline" for the seat. Do you know if this is a new change or are they calling the strap system "one touch"? Thanks for a great review, keep them coming!
